Role Description:

Key roles & responsibilities:

- Working with the Operations team to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices & processes to achieve operational excellence.
- Regular status update by tracking operational KPI’s on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Connect with Various stakeholders for centralizing the data and making sure to have sustainable process in place.
- Provide leadership and management to Support teams and projects.
- Foster an environment conducive to learning and development of skills.

- Ability to spot trends through multi-dimensional analysis and co-relation skills
- Basic knowledge in Excel/PowerPoint and any Business Intelligence tools
- Good Analytical & Problem Solving skills
