Role Description The Speech Therapy Assistant will support licensed speech therapists in providing assessment and intervention services to children with communication and developmental needs. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves assisting with therapy sessions, preparing materials, and implementing treatment plans under supervision. Daily duties include working directly with children on speech, language, and communication goals, documenting session progress, and maintaining accurate records.

The role also requires collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members, helping with parent education,



and ensuring a safe, engaging clinical environment.

The Speech Therapy

Assistant will participate in team meetings and training to align with best practices in child development and speech therapy.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Speech Therapy and Speech-related practices, with the ability to support intervention plans under professional supervision.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with children, caregivers, and team members in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Background or training in Education or child development, with the capacity to assist in structured learning and therapy activities.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Working With Children, especially those with neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Speech-Language.BASLP/MASLP
- Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Patience, adaptability, and a cooperative mindset to work within a multidisciplinary team in a clinic setting.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development in child development and speech therapy.
