Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule organic content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook aligned with brand voice and performance KPIs.
- Optimize posting cadence, hashtags, CTAs, and format mix (Reels, carousels, stories) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor platform algorithms, trends, and competitor tactics to adapt content strategy in real time.




- Build and nurture active communities by engaging with followers, managing DMs, and moderating comments.
- Track, report, and analyze organic performance (reach, impressions, saves, shares, follower growth, CTR) using native and 3rd-party tools.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to develop high-converting, platform-native content experiences.
- Must have exp of Digital marketing Agency
- Must have experience of handling more than 20 project along with team management
