Social Media - The role

We are hiring a hands-on Social Media to lead organic social strategy, content planning, copywriting, creative briefing, publishing and audience growth for both V-Rich and Yogurt Alley. You will own the editorial direction of each brand, work closely with the in-house creative team, and identify and coordinate influencer agencies and creators to execute relevant collaborations. This is a strategy-to-execution role, not just a content scheduling position.

Key responsibilities

- Own differentiated social media strategies, content pillars, tone of voice and platform priorities for V-Rich and Yogurt Alley, aligned to awareness, engagement, product discovery and business goals.
- Build monthly content calendars and weekly production plans for Instagram, YouTube (Shorts and relevant long-form), Facebook and other priority channels like reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc; maintain publishing cadence and platform-specific adaptations.
- Lead content ideation, trend spotting, storytelling, hooks, scripts, captions, on-screen copy, CTAs and community-first formats; ensure claims and product information are accurate and on-brand.
- Turn concepts into actionable briefs for designers, videographers and editors, including objective, audience, references, visual direction, storyboards/shot lists, deliverables and deadlines; review outputs and manage revisions.
- Own YouTube content programming, metadata, titles, thumbnails, Shorts strategy, discoverability, audience retention and channel growth in collaboration with the production team.
- Manage community engagement, comments, DMs, social listening and proactive interactions; identify recurring audience questions, UGC opportunities and emerging consumer insights.
- Identify, shortlist,



evaluate and onboard relevant influencer/creator agencies; request proposals, compare rosters and commercials, coordinate negotiations and recommend partners for approval.
- Brief and coordinate influencer agencies and individual creators end-to-end: creator fit, deliverables, content guidelines, timelines, approvals, usage rights, disclosures, tracking, reporting and payment coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Work with marketing, performance, design and sales teams to amplify launches, seasonal campaigns, sampling activations and city-specific initiatives.
- Monitor content and channel performance; produce weekly dashboards and monthly reviews covering reach, engagement, retention, follower quality, profile actions, traffic and campaign outcomes; translate insights into experiments.

What we are looking for

- 2+ years of relevant experience in social media/content marketing, with demonstrable ownership of brand accounts or channels and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent English copywriting, editing and creative briefing ability; solid instinct for both youth-oriented and premium, trust-led brand storytelling.
- Deep working knowledge of Instagram and YouTube, including audience behaviour, platform-native formats, creator collaborations and analytics.
- Ability to juggle two brand calendars, coordinate multiple internal/external stakeholders and take briefs from idea to publication with minimal follow-up.
- Experience discovering and coordinating influencer agencies or creators, including campaign briefs, commercials, approvals and post-campaign assessment.
- Comfort with Meta/Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, scheduling tools and reporting spreadsheets; ability to use data to improve creative decisions.
