Key Responsibilities

Plan, write, and create engaging social media content and ad campaigns.

Develop creative concepts, video scripts, and ad copies.

Coordinate content shoots, editing, and production.

Collaborate with influencers and content creators.

Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.

Manage the marketing team and oversee the entire marketing function.

Track performance and optimize campaigns for growth and sales.

Requirements

Strong creative thinking, copywriting, and marketing skills.

Experience in social media marketing, advertising, and influencer collaborations.

Ability to lead a team and take complete ownership of execution.

Work Details

Hybrid role requiring travel to Kolar,( 60km frol banglore ) 1–2 days per week.

Company-provided travel allowances.

- Work directly with the CEO with creative freedom and ownership.
