Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Kozhikode. The Specialist will plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms to strengthen brand presence and support lead generation. Daily responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on analytics.

The role involves collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams to align messaging with overall digital marketing strategies and business goals. The Specialist will also track industry trends, engage with online communities, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate creative campaigns to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Have a basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media promotions.
- Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Canva or other creative tools will be an added advantage.
