Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including reels, carousels, static posts, and stories.
- Research industry trends, viral content formats, and competitor strategies to create engaging content ideas.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, reel scripts, and campaign concepts aligned with each brand's voice.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality content execution.
- Manage social media accounts, publishing schedules, and day-to-day activities.
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and other performance metrics.
- Prepare social media performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, feedback,



and brand objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement, and organic growth.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent content writing, storytelling, and creative ideation skills.
- Ability to create engaging reel concepts and stay updated with evolving social media trends.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and content calendars.
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.
