Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Radice Rinnova is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Manager will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, respond to comments and messages, and ensure timely communication with followers. The role includes developing and executing social media campaigns, collaborating with internal teams for content ideas, and optimizing content using platform best practices.

Manager will also stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and new features to continuously refine the brand’s social media strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage diverse audiences and represent the brand clearly and professionally.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different social channels.
- Proficient Writing skills for creating concise, engaging, and brand-aligned social media copy.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role; agency or brand-side experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
