Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing and growing Hunar - A Creative Co.’s presence across social media platforms. This role includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics and audience engagement.

The Social Media

Manager will collaborate with the creative team to align social content with brand voice, ongoing projects, and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include responding to comments and messages,



optimising content for each platform, and identifying trends or opportunities to increase reach and impact. The role also involves regular reporting on social media performance and suggesting improvements based on data and insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) to manage campaigns and enhance platform performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and refine engaging social media content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact effectively with online audiences.
- Relevant experience managing brand pages on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting on reach, engagement, and conversions is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
