Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media channels (SMO), monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to plan campaigns and integrate social media with broader marketing initiatives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to create clear messaging and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess analytical abilities to interpret social media metrics, use reporting tools, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Relevant experience in social media management, preferably in a marketing or HR services environment, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, content management tools, and basic graphic design or video editing is an advantage.
