Role Overview
We are scaling up and expanding our team, looking at self-motivated individuals who can lead a team.
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and execution-focused individual.
You will get the scope to work with the team and build one of India's fastest-growing fashion accessory brands through compelling content, strong community engagement, and trend-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts and future platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Build campaigns to increase reach, engagement and followers.
- Track competitors and emerging trends in fashion and social media.
Content
- Ideate reels, carousels, stories and static posts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors.
- Write captions that reflect Discov's premium yet approachable brand voice.
- Ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Campaign Execution
- Plan launches for new collections.
- Execute festive and seasonal campaigns.
- Drive UGC (User Generated Content) initiatives.
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Explore and coordinate collaboration campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and content delivery.
- Build long-term creator relationships.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing
- Experience managing fashion, beauty, lifestyle or D2C brands will be add on.
- Strong portfolio of Instagram growth and content campaigns.
- Team player and a robust leader
Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram.
- Expertise in Reels strategy.
- Trend spotting.
- Social media shoot planning, coordination, execution
- Passionate about fashion and accessories.
- Highly creative with strong aesthetic sense.
- Self-driven and execution-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
