- Content Strategy & Planning

Understand each client’s business, target audience, brand voice, and marketing goals.

Research social media trends, develop content ideas, engaging hooks, and monthly content calendars.

- Client Shoot Guidance

Communicate confidently with clients, understand their requirements, and extract relevant content ideas.

Guide clients during video shoots on what to speak, how to present, and how to deliver engaging content for their target audience.

- Social Media Management

Manage Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and Pinterest accounts.

Schedule and publish reels, posts, stories, photos, and updates with relevant captions, keywords, and hashtags.

- Production & Team Coordination

Coordinate with videographers, photographers, editors, and designers.

Share creative briefs, plan hook-based videos, follow up on edits, and ensure timely content delivery.

- Client Communication & Approvals

Maintain skilled communication with brand owners.

Share content previews, collect feedback, coordinate revisions,



and obtain approval before publishing.

- Content Quality & Organization

Review videos, visuals, captions, covers, and branding before publishing.

Organize content assets in Google Drive and maintain updated content trackers.

- Performance & Daily Operations

Monitor reach, views, engagement, follower growth, and enquiries.

Maintain publishing schedules, track pending tasks, and submit weekly/monthly reports.
