FullHouse is looking for a creative, proactive and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, digital advertising, campaign execution and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop creative content ideas, captions and digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and optimise campaigns.
- Generate and track leads through digital marketing campaigns.




- Prepare monthly performance reports and analyse key marketing metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, platform updates and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators and client servicing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid campaigns.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy and audience engagement.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
