About UsInsegnos Group is a creative and digital marketing agency working with brands across different industries. We help businesses with content creation, social media management, branding and digital marketing.

We're looking for someone creative who enjoys video editing, understands social media and has a good eye for content.

You'll be working with our team on real client projects, creating Instagram Reels, promotional videos and other social media content.

This is a paid internship with the opportunity to move into a full time position based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos for different brands.
- Work with raw footage and turn it into clean, engaging content.
- Select the best clips and arrange them with valuable pacing and storytelling.
- Add captions, music, transitions and effects where needed.
- Follow scripts, creative references and brand guidelines.
- Handle basic colour correction, audio adjustments and video formatting.
- Work closely with our creative and social media team.
- Make changes based on feedback and deliver videos on time.
- Stay updated with social media trends and bring new editing ideas.
- Maintain consistent editing quality across different client projects.

Requirements

- Experience editing short form content, especially Instagram Reels.
- Comfortable using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of video pacing,



storytelling and music selection.
- Ability to create professional looking videos without relying too much on templates.
- Attention to detail and a good sense of visual quality.
- Ability to understand creative references and work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Open to feedback and willing to learn.
