Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based at Cosderma Skin Clinic, Cosderma Mira Road, in Mumbai.

The Social Media

Executive will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to promote clinic services, treatments, and campaigns. Daily activities include managing social media calendars, drafting posts and captions, coordinating creative assets (images, videos, reels), and monitoring online engagement and feedback. The role involves collaborating with dermatologists and clinic staff to highlight patient education, success stories, and promotional offers, while maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Executive will also analyze performance metrics, support digital marketing initiatives, respond to queries and comments professionally, and suggest improvements to increase reach and conversions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to manage campaigns, increase engagement, and support brand growth.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, including the ability to write clear captions, plan visual content, and collaborate on photo and video production.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to align social media initiatives with broader promotional strategies and clinic objectives.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional online interaction, and coordination with internal teams.
- Candidates should ideally have experience managing social media for healthcare, beauty, or lifestyle brands and be familiar with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Candidates should have basic analytics skills to interpret social media insights, track campaign performance, and prepare simple reports.
