A LITTLE ABOUT THE QUAD The Quad is a fitness coaching company with strength training at its core, because strength is essential for all. Period.

You need strength to go about your day without aches and niggles. That compounds into living your life without worrying about how your body might react. One of our students summited Mt. Kilimanjaro simply because she wanted to! Your life really expands when you're stronger.

And no, it's not an all-boys club. Strength is especially significant for women, and nearly 50% of the people training with us are women. If you've been to any gym, you'll know why that number is mind-blowing.

We've been around for 15 years. Today we're a team of 60+ incredibly smart and talented people, and we train folks aged 35 to 80, all with one aim: getting stronger.

THE ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT EXECUTIVE

Social media is one of our most important marketing tools. It's where a lot of people discover us, learn about us, and decide to join. It's where we show who we are, who we're not, and the impact we're driving. You'll be part of the team that brings all of that to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Ideas, scripts, and storyboards: You'll work with the Social Media Manager and bring your own ideas and research to the table.
2. Information gathering: We can't create content in a silo. We need input from the wider team, and you'll be the one driving that.
3. Shoot coordination: You'll line up people, locations, and timings so shoots run on schedule.
4. Shoots: You'll support the Social Media Manager on set: setting up, filming, and making sure we get the footage the edit needs.
5. Edit and design: I saved the best for last. You'll own the edit and design of every piece of content that goes out.

- Editing: which clips to pick,



how to cut for hook rate and retention, which edit style fits, and which audio to use (what's trending and what suits the post). Basically, everything that turns the work into a finished piece.
- Design: carousels, static posts, stories, and more. You should know how to lay out a post so people stop on it, read it, and interact with it.

Steps 1 to 4 give you the context for what you're editing and why, so that when you sit down at the edit table, you already know what you're going to do. Editing and design WILL be a big part of this role.

As you grow, the role will expand to include more of what drives our social media.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

What we care about least: years of experience. What matters is that you can show skill and the drive to create impact through content. That, and a few more things :)

- Strong communication skills
- Solid writing skills
- A portfolio of short-form videos you've edited and designs you've made, whether for a brand, a client, a college project, or your own page
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva
- Comfort with quicker tools like Edits or InShot when you need a fast turnaround
- A good sense of pacing, hooks, sound, and on-screen text, and an eye for what makes someone stop scrolling
- Comfort framing and shooting content on a phone
- Reliability with deadlines and follow-ups, because other people's work depends on yours
