About the Role

Chai Nagri is looking for a creative Social Media Executive to grow our online presence, create engaging content, and connect with our audience across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the brand’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media accounts.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar for products, outlets, campaigns, and brand activities.
- Create engaging reels, stories, posts, and captions that reflect Chai Nagri’s voice.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and outlet teams for content creation.
- Capture and edit photos and short videos for social media.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
- Identify relevant trends and develop fresh content ideas.




- Coordinate influencer collaborations and track deliverables.
- Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements

- Robust understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and good time management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with teams.
- Experience in food, beverage, hospitality, or retail marketing is a plus.
