Role Description

Position: Site Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site

Location: Various project sites across Pune

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Rajesh Builders is looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities across its project sites in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction processes, site execution, quality standards and coordination with contractors and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and other project team members.




- Ensure construction quality and adherence to specified standards and procedures.
- Monitor the use of materials, manpower and equipment at the site.
- Identify and report site-related issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with site safety practices and applicable construction guidelines.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports and relevant project documentation.
- Coordinate with the project team to support smooth execution and timely completion of work.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site execution or supervision.
- Valuable understanding of construction drawings, specifications and building practices.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in office at project locations across Pune.
- Ability to monitor work quality, site progress and adherence to project timelines.
