? WE ARE HIRING | SITE CIVIL ENGINEER – EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Civil Engineer with hands-on exposure to External Development (ED) works in real estate projects.

? Industry: Real Estate / Construction

? Experience: 3–4 Years (Mandatory)

? Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

? Salary Budget: Up to ₹60,000 per month

? Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute external development works at project sites.
- Manage construction of internal roads, pathways, kerbs, drains, and stormwater drainage systems.
- Oversee sewerage, water supply, electrical ducting, and underground utility works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and site labour.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors,



and internal project teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project timelines.
- Ensure quality control, site safety, and efficient material utilization.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.

Candidate Requirements:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience in External Development (ED) works in real estate projects is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of civil drawings, BOQs, and site execution.
- Good coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
