Role Description The Shift Incharge role is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi.

The Shift

Incharge will oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including managing staff deployment, monitoring workflow, and ensuring production or order processing targets are met. This role includes supervising adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinating with other departments to resolve operational issues, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Incharge will also handle shift handovers, address escalations, support training of new team members,



and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed consistently.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance during shifts.
- Experience in operations, production, warehousing, or similar environments, with a focus on meeting daily targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including shift planning and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and other departments.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of spreadsheets or operational software for reporting and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards, with the ability to enforce compliance on the floor.
- Prior experience in a shift incharge, team leader, or supervisor role is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline or relevant vocational training is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours as per shift requirements and remain calm under pressure.
