: ServiceNow ITOM Developer

- Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days Work From Office (WFO) per week
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM development, implementation, and configuration.
- Robust expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and MID Server.
- Experience with IRE, CI relationships, Discovery patterns, and CMDB data management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and troubleshooting ITOM-related issues.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Preferred: CSA or CIS-ITOM certification and experience with ITOM Visibility and Event Management.
