About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements and ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Demand Management, Agile delivery, and business analysis best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in converting business demands into actionable deliverables and driving end-to-end demand lifecycle management.

- Experience required: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews.
- Convert business demands into Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Manage and support the complete Demand Management lifecycle within ServiceNow SPM.
- Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and requirement traceability.
- Support Agile and Waterfall delivery models as required.
- Organize and participate in Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Developers, and Project Managers.
- Manage and support Service Catalog/Catalog Management activities.
- Utilize ServiceNow SPM modules including:
- Demand Management
- Collaborative Work Management (CWM)
- Strategic Planning
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics in ServiceNow.
- Provide guidance on ServiceNow navigation, best practices, and process adoption.
- Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and SOPs.

Required Skills




- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong Business Analysis fundamentals including requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Expertise in:

- Demand Management
- CWM (Collaborative Work Management)
- Strategic Planning
- Proven experience managing the complete demand-to-delivery lifecycle.
- Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Ability to convert business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Experience with Service Catalog/Catalog Management.
- Experience creating SOPs and process documentation.
- Solid ServiceNow reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow navigation and platform capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow SPM implementation or enhancement experience with strong focus on Demand management, CWM and strategic planning.
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
