About the Role

We are hiring two professionals to help design and implement practical AI governance and agentic control capabilities on ServiceNow. The role combines ServiceNow platform experience with AI governance, control-tower implementation and hands-on understanding of agents, workflows and enterprise integrations.

Good to know: ServiceNow experience is mandatory. ServiceNow AI Control Tower experience is a strong advantage, but not a hiring condition. Candidates who have built AI governance or control-tower solutions using custom frameworks or other enterprise platforms will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement governance for AI systems, models, agents, prompts, datasets, tools and third-party AIservices.

•Set up AI inventory, ownership, risk classification, approvals, controls, exceptions, evidence and lifecycleprocesses.

•Build governance workflows and dashboards on ServiceNow using platform data models, Flow Designer /Workflow Studio, integrations and case-management patterns.

•Govern agentic AI use cases, including agent identity, tool permissions, human approvals, executionboundaries, auditability and secure failure handling.

•Translate Responsible AI, security, risk and compliance requirements into practical controls that can bemonitored and evidenced.

•Integrate ServiceNow with GRC tools, enterprise AI platforms, identity systems, model registries, dataplatforms and observability services.

•Work with risk, security, privacy, data, architecture and engineering teams to define clear ownership andoperating processes.

Required Experience & Skills

•5 to 10 years of overall technology experience with meaningful hands-on ServiceNow implementationexperience.

•Experience in AI governance, Responsible AI, model risk, technology risk, GRC controls or enterprise control-tower implementation.

•Good understanding of AI asset inventory and lifecycle management, including assessments, controls,evidence, exceptions, issues and monitoring.

•Hands-on understanding of agentic AI concepts such as agents, tools, orchestration, human-in-the-loopcontrols, authorization, evaluation and failure handling.

•Experience translating governance requirements into working workflows, data models, integrations,dashboards or case-management solutions.

•Working knowledge of enterprise identity and security concepts such as least privilege, OAuth / OIDC, serviceidentities, role-based access and audit trails.

•Comfort with APIs and enterprise integration patterns including REST, webhooks and event-drivenintegration.ServiceNow Experience

MANDATORY

•Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration or development, including tables, roles, ACLs andapplication scopes.

•Practical experience with Flow Designer / Workflow Studio, approvals, notifications and reusableactions.

•Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Scripted REST or comparable ServiceNow integrationpatterns.

•Exposure to at least one enterprise ServiceNow area such as IRM / GRC, ITSM, CMDB / CSDM, AppEngine or a comparable platform capability.

Good to Have





•ServiceNow AI Control Tower experience covering AI inventory, lifecycle, risk, governance or monitoring.

•ServiceNow AI Agent Studio, Now Assist, AI Search or other ServiceNow GenAI capabilities.

•Experience with MCP, A2A, AI Agent Fabric or external agent and tool integration.

•Experience connecting AI governance with ServiceNow IRM / GRC, CMDB or enterprise workflow.

•Experience building a custom AI control tower, model registry, governance portal or similar governancesolution.

•Exposure to enterprise GRC products such as Archer, MetricStream, OneTrust or IBM OpenPages.

•Exposure to agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Azure AI, Bedrock orcomparable platforms.

Preferred Certifications

•ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or another relevant ServiceNow certification.

•Relevant ServiceNow IRM / GRC, AI, Now Assist or agentic AI credentials where aligned to hands-onexperience.

•AI governance, risk, audit, privacy or security certifications are useful supporting credentials.

•Candidates without ServiceNow AI Control Tower training should be willing to complete the relevantServiceNow learning path after joining.

What Will Make You Stand Out

•You have helped build a real governance or control-tower capability, not only written policy oradministered a tool.

•You understand how AI inventory, risk, controls, evidence, exceptions and monitoring fit together as anoperating model.

•You understand the risks introduced by autonomous agents and can translate them into practicalcontrols.

•You can work directly in ServiceNow and clearly explain what you personally configured, integrated ortroubleshot in production.

ServiceNow AI Control Tower experience is good to have, not mandatory. Strong AI governance and agentic foundations, combined with practical ServiceNow experience, are the priority.
