About HomeMaker India

HomeMaker India is building a digital platform designed to connect customers directly with skilled local service providers and contractors. Our mission is to give skilled workers a digital identity, improve access to local services, and create employment opportunities through technology.

We are looking for motivated and responsible Service Executives to support our local expansion and service provider onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify local service providers, skilled workers, and contractors across Bramhapuri and nearby talukas.
- Visit shops, worksites, and local businesses to introduce the HomeMaker India platform.
- Explain the perks of digital profiles, work photos, experience details, ratings, and certificates.
- Assist service providers with registration and profile creation.
- Make follow-up calls and maintain professional relationships with registered providers.
- Conduct local marketing activities to increase platform awareness.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, registrations, follow-ups, and progress.
- Submit regular activity reports to the assigned manager.
- Collect feedback from service providers and share suggestions for improving operations.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve agreed onboarding and business development targets.

Eligibility and Skills

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are welcome.
- Freshers and candidates with sales,



marketing, fieldwork, or customer-service experience may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic smartphone, internet, and digital application knowledge.
- Ability to communicate in Marathi and Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
- Self-motivated, punctual, organised, and comfortable working with targets.

Work Location

Bramhapuri and nearby talukas, Chandrapur , Nagpur , Amravati , Bhandara , Gondia , Yavtamal , Gadchiroli , Wardha district, Maharashtra.

Work arrangement: Primarily field-based, with reporting and coordination as required.

Compensation

Salary and any applicable performance incentives will be discussed transparently during the interview and confirmed before appointment.
