Role Description The Service Advisor role at KIA Motors in Ghazipur is a full-time, in office position responsible for guiding customers through vehicle service and maintenance processes.

The Service

Advisor will greet customers, understand their service needs, document concerns, and prepare accurate job cards and service estimates. This role involves coordinating with the workshop team, monitoring service progress, and ensuring timely updates to customers.
