About the RoleKuvam Technologies is looking for an experienced Service Engineer to handle servicing, repair, installation, inspection and troubleshooting of CNC-related products, including CNC Spindles and Rotary Tables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform servicing, repair and maintenance of CNC Spindles and Rotary Tables.
2. Handle installation, inspection, commissioning and troubleshooting of products at customer locations.
3. Provide on-site technical support and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
4. Coordinate product servicing, repair and dispatch activities.
5. Ensure safe handling and dispatch of products and materials.
6. Maintain buffer stock of spare parts and ensure proper inventory records.
7.



Coordinate with internal teams for timely customer support.
8. Maintain service reports and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in service and maintenance.
- Robust mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery, CNC Spindles and Rotary Tables will be preferred.
- Ability to handle customer interactions and technical issues independently.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations whenever required.
