About the roleYou build Zenska's reputation across the web, so that when people search for us, or for what we offer, they find a brand they trust. Your focus is off-page SEO: quality backlinks, press and blog mentions, business listings, reviews and community presence. All white-hat, all done the right way.

What you'll do

Links and mentions

- Earn quality backlinks through guest posts, PR, collaborations, partnerships and resource pages on relevant Indian websites.
- Pitch stories and brand news to online publications, blogs and industry portals.
- Work with bloggers, creators and community pages on features and reviews with proper links and disclosure.
- Find mentions of Zenska that don't link to us and turn them into links.

Listings and local SEO

- Keep our name, address, phone and hours the same everywhere: Google Business Profile, Bing, Apple Maps and other relevant directories.
- Build and clean up citations; remove duplicate or wrong listings.
- Keep Google Business Profile complete and active with the right categories, photos, Q&A; and posts.

Reviews and brand image

- Set up a simple way to ask happy customers for reviews (QR codes, follow-up messages), with no rewards for reviews.
- Track reviews and brand mentions on Google, social media, Quora, Reddit and forums; draft professional replies,



including to negative feedback.
- Answer relevant questions on Quora, Reddit and forums honestly as Zenska, to build trust and visibility in Google and AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).

Audit and reporting

- Check the backlink profile every month; flag and disavow spammy links when needed.
- Send a monthly report: recent referring domains, domain authority, keyword rankings, local visibility, reviews, mentions and referral traffic.

What you need
- 2–3 years in off-page SEO, with examples of results you've delivered.
- Hands-on with Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and at least one SEO tool (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz or Ubersuggest).
- Good English writing for outreach emails and guest articles.
- Solid knowledge of Google's spam and review policies.

Hard rules (non-negotiable): no buying links, no PBNs or link farms, no fake or paid reviews, no spammy directory or comment blasts. Nice to have: basic on-page and technical SEO; schema markup; a contact list of Indian bloggers and publications.

Assignment (~2 hours)Look at Zenska's current online presence and send:

(1) the five biggest off-page gaps you see,

(2) ten specific websites where Zenska should be mentioned and how you'd get there,

(3) a short pitch email to one editor or blogger.
