? What you'll be doing?

Are you an SEO professional who loves experimenting, analysing data, building quality backlinks, and finding smarter ways to grow organic traffic using AI?

At Learnbay, we’re looking for an execution-driven SEO & AI Growth Executive who understands the fundamentals of SEO, can take ownership of off-page SEO initiatives, and knows how to combine human expertise with AI-powered workflows to drive sustainable organic growth.

Your day-to-day will include:

1. SEO Strategy & Performance

- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities based on search intent, competition, and business relevance.
- Monitor organic performance using Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other SEO tools.
- Analyse competitor strategies, ranking gaps, backlink profiles, and content opportunities.
- Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable improvements.

2. Off-Page SEO & Link Building

- Identify, evaluate, and pursue relevant backlink opportunities across high-quality websites and publishers.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of approximately 15–20 relevant link-building prospects or outreach opportunities per day, prioritising relevance and quality over volume.
- Coordinate guest posts, digital PR placements,



and external publishing opportunities with agencies and publishers.
- Research competitor backlinks and uncover current opportunities to strengthen domain authority and organic visibility.
- Maintain accurate outreach, follow-up, and backlink tracking records.

3. Content & AI-Powered SEO

- Plan, write, and optimise approximately 10 high-quality articles per month for guest posts, PR publications, and external platforms.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to accelerate research, content briefs, optimisation, and content refreshes.
- Ensure all published content is original, fact-checked, useful, naturally written, and aligned with the target audience and search intent.
- Identify content gaps, declining pages, and opportunities to improve existing content.
- Experiment with emerging search trends, including Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).

? The kind of person we're looking for:

- 1–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, particularly in Off-Page SEO and link building.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and organic performance metrics.
- Practical experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience identifying backlink prospects, evaluating publisher quality, and coordinating outreach or guest posts.
- Ability to write or develop high-quality content that sounds human, not machine-generated.
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate them meaningfully into everyday SEO workflows.
- An analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a bias for action.
- Someone who takes ownership, tests new approaches, learns from results, and consistently follows through.

⭐ Good to have:

- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Exposure to AEO/GEO and AI-driven search experiences.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, technology, or other competitive digital-first industries.
- Understanding of white-hat link-building practices and digital PR.
