Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit Reels, Shorts, property walkthroughs, and videos as per the content calendar.
- Create engaging videos for apartment projects, open plots, and real estate ads.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and color correction.
- Develop creative storytelling concepts, strong hooks, and engaging edits.
- Work with the content team to improve video concepts and scripts.
- Maintain brand consistency and editing quality while meeting deadlines.
- Guide junior editors and review their work.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of skilled video editing experience.
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good understanding of AI tools, prompt writing, and AI-assisted video creation.
- Strong knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
- Ability to shoot high-quality videos using cameras or smartphones.
- Real estate video editing experience preferred.
