Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for designing and managing group travel experiences for Offline by Happy Hour members. This role includes advising travelers on destinations and itineraries, creating detailed trip proposals, and coordinating logistics for domestic and international group trips.

The Senior Travel

Consultant will handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including bookings, reservations, and vendor coordination, while ensuring a smooth pre-trip and on-trip experience.



Day-to-day responsibilities also involve responding to member inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, resolving travel-related issues, and working closely with events and operations teams to align trips with community experiences. The role requires maintaining accurate records, monitoring budgets, and continuously improving travel offerings based on feedback and market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong travel consulting experience, including advising on destinations, trip planning, and itinerary design.
- Proficiency in travel management, with the ability to oversee end-to-end trip operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with travel arrangements, such as flights, accommodations, local transport, and activity bookings.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Reservations expertise, including use of booking tools and managing changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Prior experience in group travel, leisure travel, or community-based travel experiences is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and skilled communication skills in English; additional Indian languages are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, including occasional evening or weekend support during trips and events
