About Us

Fly Siyana Tourism and Business Services is the Kerala branch of an established travel and tourism group headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with a strong presence across the GCC. We're launching our new office in Edappally and are looking for an experienced travel professional to lead operations from day one.

Position: Senior Travel Consultant (Ticketing, Inbound/Outbound Tours & Global Visa Processing)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in the travel industry

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives

Key Responsibilities

Air Ticketing

- Handle domestic and international bookings, reissues, refunds, cancellations and date changes using GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
- Manage fare construction, fare rules, and group bookings.
- Work on airline, LCC and B2B portals to get the best fares.
- Set up and manage the company's booking portals and supplier accounts.

Tour Operations (Inbound & Outbound)

- Design and cost customised and fixed holiday packages for inbound Kerala/India tours and outbound international destinations (UAE, GCC, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.).
- Independently source and negotiate with suppliers: hotels, DMCs, transport providers,



houseboats and activity operators.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations and final confirmations.
- Coordinate the complete tour, from booking to customer return.

Global Visa Processing

- Handle tourist, visit, business and work visa applications for UAE, GCC, Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and other countries.
- Guide clients on documentation, checklists and appointments (VFS/BLS etc.).
- Stay updated on the latest visa rules and embassy requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Any degree; a Diploma/Certification in Travel & Tourism or IATA is preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in ticketing, tour packaging and visa processing.
- Strong working knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
- Proven ability to source suppliers and build tour packages independently.
- Ability to manage the entire operation without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage).
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, email and online booking tools.
- GCC/UAE travel experience is a strong advantage.
