Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Technology to lead technology management, governance, planning, portfolio coordination, and operational delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and technology delivery experience in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead technology planning, governance, and portfolio management.

? Drive technology roadmaps, delivery plans, and operational excellence.

? Manage budgets, resources, capacity planning, vendors, risks, and dependencies.

? Establish governance frameworks, quality standards, and operational processes.

? Drive performance metrics to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.

? Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams.

? Collaborate with business, product, architecture, security,



and technology stakeholders.

? Ensure effective executive communication and stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ 10–12 years of experience in Technology Management or related disciplines.

✔ Strong experience in Technology Governance, Portfolio Management, and Planning.

✔ Experience in Budgeting, Vendor Management, and Workforce Planning.

✔ Proven team leadership and technology delivery experience.

✔ Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

✔ Experience in large enterprise technology environments.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience in Retail, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Cloud, Data, or Digital Technology environments.
- Exposure to global teams and managed service delivery models.
- Relevant technology, cloud, Agile, or project management certifications.
