Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define and evolve scalable architecture for shared UI platforms and enterprise design systems used across multiple products and engineering teams.
- Establish framework-agnostic foundations for design tokens, styling, shared behavior, interaction patterns, component composition, and Web Components.
- Own component API boundaries, package architecture, compatibility, versioning, deprecation, migration planning, and long-term platform evolution.
- Set quality and performance strategies covering component behavior, accessibility, visual consistency, browser compatibility, rendering, DOM, memory, and bundle efficiency.
- Develop architecture roadmaps, guide adoption and migration across consuming applications, and provide technical direction to senior engineers and technology leaders.

Skills Required:

- 10 - 16 years of experience in frontend engineering, UI architecture, enterprise software architecture, or design-system platforms.




- Extensive experience architecting enterprise-scale UI platforms or design systems across Angular, React, and TypeScript ecosystems.
- Robust enterprise architecture capability, including multi-framework design, framework-agnostic principles, component APIs, compatibility strategy, and governance.
- Expertise in UI design architecture, design tokens, theming, styling systems, reusable components, accessibility, and browser fundamentals.
- Experience defining scalable frontend platforms, integration patterns, package structures, migration strategies, and technical standards for multiple product teams.

Good to Have:
- Practical experience applying artificial intelligence or AI-assisted engineering to software development, refactoring, testing, migration, debugging, or code review.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or another STEM discipline; B.Tech, B.E., or M.Tech preferred.
