About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Social Media Manager to shape and execute the social content strategy for a fast-growing wellness beverage brand.

You will drive growth and engagement across Instagram and TikTok, combining compelling storytelling, cultural trends and performance insights to build brand awareness and support sales. You will work closely with the brand, growth and partnerships teams, manage social team members and creators, and contribute to both organic and paid content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social content strategies across Instagram and TikTok, aligning content with brand objectives and commercial targets.
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring campaigns and everyday content are delivered on time and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Manage, mentor and brief social media team members and content creators, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with brand, growth and partnerships teams on product launches, influencer content, paid campaigns and social commerce initiatives.
- Develop creative briefs for videos, reels, stories and other platform-specific content.
- Work with founders and senior stakeholders to develop engaging founder-led content for organic and paid channels.
- Identify emerging trends, relevant conversations and platform developments, translating them into ideas that suit the brand.
- Monitor competitor activity and wider industry trends to inform content planning.
- Support TikTok Shop campaigns and develop content that encourages product discovery and conversion.
- Track performance across reach,



engagement, audience growth, traffic and conversions, using insights to improve results.
- Present monthly performance reports with clear learnings and recommendations.
- Plan and manage social content budgets, creator resources and production timelines.

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in social media strategy and execution, particularly across Instagram and TikTok.
- Previous experience at a manager or senior manager level, including managing direct reports or content creators.
- Experience working with UK markets is preferred, with an understanding of UK audiences, cultural references, trends and consumer behaviour.
- Strong understanding of organic social, paid social creative, influencer content and social commerce.
- Ability to develop content that balances brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
- Excellent copywriting, communication and creative briefing skills.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, reporting and performance optimisation.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, creators and external partners.

Good to Have
- Experience with wellness, beverages, FMCG, beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop campaigns and creator-led selling.
- Experience supporting international brands or campaigns across multiple markets.
- Experience developing founder-led content.
