Role Description

We are hiring B2B Sales Professionals to develop current business opportunities and manage customer relationships across our Tea Premix Ingredients and Bakery Ingredients divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new B2B customers across the food processing, bakery, beverage and tea premix manufacturing industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, procurement teams, R&D; teams and business owners.
- Promote and sell dairy powders, beverage whiteners, bakery concentrates, flavours, preservatives and other food ingredients.
- Generate leads, conduct customer visits,



understand product requirements and provide suitable ingredient solutions.
- Handle quotations, commercial negotiations, order closures and follow-ups.
- Develop new territories and expand the company’s market presence across Maharashtra.
- Achieve sales targets, maintain a healthy sales pipeline and generate repeat business from existing customers.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients, bakery ingredients, dairy powders, beverage or tea premix industry.
- Existing connections with food manufacturers, bakeries, tea premix manufacturers or food processing companies will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads, develop accounts and close sales.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles, pricing, commercial negotiations and customer requirements.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development across Maharashtra.
