Experience 5-8 years Salesforce experience with 2+ years in Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or Patient CRM programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions. Configure and customize Care Programs, Patient Services, HCP interactions, and Case Management processes.
- Build Apex, Lightning Web Components LWC, Flows, Integrations, and APIs. Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators.
- Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders. Support release deployments and production issues.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL. Salesforce Flows and Platform Events. RESTSOAP APIs.
- Experience with SFLC, Health Cloud, or Patient Services implementations.
- Data migration and integration experience. DevOps and CICD knowledge.
