Role Description The Senior Relationships Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India. This role is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include understanding customer financial needs, promoting appropriate banking products, supporting account acquisition, and driving sales initiatives.

The Senior Relationships

Officer will monitor portfolio performance, follow up on leads, address customer queries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.



The role also involves maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while contributing to branch-level business growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to build, nurture, and retain long-term customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand banking products, credit, and basic financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities to handle queries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, cross-sell and up-sell products, and achieve business targets.
- Relevant experience in retail banking, financial services, or relationship management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Karnataka, India, with strong local market awareness and networking aptitude.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
