Were Hiring: Senior Product Manager | Gurugram (On-site)
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager at Animall who loves solving real-world problems, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited about building products that create meaningful impact for millions of users.
What youll do:
? Drive product strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities using data, user research, and first-principles thinking.
? Own the product lifecycle—from defining requirements to launching high-quality features.
? Monitor product health by tracking key metrics such as DAU, retention, and conversion funnels, and take data-driven actions.
? Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver exceptional user experiences.
? Engage directly with users, especially those in rural India, to deeply understand their needs and validate product decisions.
What were looking for:
✔️ 5+ years of Product Management experience (or equivalent founder/operator experience).
✔️ Proven track record of building and launching products or features from scratch.
✔️ Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to drive decisions.
✔️ Comfortable working with SQL, logs, and debugging when required.
✔️ Solid first-principles thinking, excellent prioritization, and execution skills.
Bonus points if you have:
? Passion for solving problems for farmers or rural India.
? Experience with consumer mobile apps, marketplaces, payments, monetization, or vernacular products.
? Experience leveraging AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and execution.
? Location: Gurugram (On-site)
