As we scale aggressively in India and international markets, we are looking for a senior leader who can own brand growth end-to-end and evolve into a department head.

About the Role

We are seeking a performance marketing leader who can grow multiple D2C brands, manage significant advertising budgets and build a high-performing team. This role calls for full-funnel commercial thinking, not just campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Growth

- Own full-funnel growth strategies, revenue targets, ROAS, CAC and marketing efficiency across brands.
- Scale winning campaigns, products, audiences and markets, including premium and high-AOV customer journeys.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor and review performance marketers; set transparent goals, accountability and execution standards.
- Build independent decision-making,



strong campaign hygiene and continuous learning.

Channel & E-commerce Strategy

- Lead Meta and Google Ads strategy, including Shopping, Performance Max, retargeting and creative testing.
- Connect Shopify conversion, Klaviyo/email, WhatsApp, CRM, retention and WebEngage-style automation into one growth plan.

Quality, Analytics & Optimization

- Audit performance, tracking, budgets and creatives; turn data into clear actions and corrective plans.

Client & Cross-Functional Management

- Lead client reviews and coordinate Brand Management, Design, Website, CRM, Sales and Data teams to remove bottlenecks.

AI & Innovation

- Use AI and automation to improve reporting, analysis, workflows and team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8+ years in performance marketing with strong hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience.
- Experience leading teams, managing multiple D2C/e-commerce accounts and substantial budgets; agency background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Merchant Center, Shopify, attribution, full-funnel marketing and commercial metrics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Luxury, fashion, jewellery or high-AOV brand experience; Klaviyo, WhatsApp, WebEngage and CRM exposure.
- Understanding of omnichannel conversions, assisted sales and AI-powered marketing workflows.
