WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR OFFICER – FINANCIAL REPORTING (R2R)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance & Accounts team as a Senior Officer – Financial Reporting (R2R).

The role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, general ledger accounting, period-end closing, account reconciliations, and audit-related activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

1. Key Responsibilities:

- Support the preparation of financial statements, notes to accounts, and financial reporting schedules.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including general ledger reconciliations, provisions, and accruals.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with statutory and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor queries.
- Support Ind AS compliance, GST and TDS-related accounting, and other statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely reporting.
- Adhere to internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting timelines while contributing to process improvements.

2.Eligibility Criteria:

- B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- CA Inter / semi-qualified CA preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, or Record to Report (R2R).
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and period-end closing.
- Understanding of Ind AS, financial statement preparation, and audit processes.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.
