We are seeking an experienced finance transformation professional to lead strategic Ledger Transformation initiatives within a global banking setting. The role will be responsible for driving finance modernization programs, transforming General Ledger architecture, enabling Oracle Fusion adoption, and ensuring alignment with IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong banking or Banking GCC experience, deep understanding of accounting and financial reporting frameworks, proven change management capabilities, and hands-on experience leading large-scale finance transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Ledger Transformation initiatives across finance functions.
- Define and implement target-state finance operating models.
- Partner with global stakeholders to deliver finance transformation roadmaps.
- Lead finance workstreams in Oracle Fusion implementation and transformation programs. Collaborate with technology and business teams on requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, and deployment.
- Ensure seamless migration from legacy finance systems to Oracle Fusion.
