We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to lead and strengthen our people processes, HR systems, analytics, compliance, and governance frameworks. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall HR operations and the HRIS for the sales business of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals with an employee strength of 8000+. This role ensures the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes, aligns HR operations with Organizational objectives and manages the team to drive operational excellence.

- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Develop, implement, and govern HR policies and processes to drive operational excellence and compliance.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and MIS reports on hiring, attrition, workforce movements, and other key people indicators for leadership stakeholders.
- Drive annual HR processes including budgeting, performance management, goal setting, and compensation reviews.




- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements and lead HR audits and compliance initiatives.
- Oversee payroll inputs, governance, and associated budget management.

Manage HRIS data integrity, system enhancements, module implementations, and integrations with related platforms.

Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Technology teams, auditors, and external service providers.

Educational Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Human Resources

Experience

- 10-12 Years with 5-7 years in HR Operations and Analytics

Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)

- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Solid expertise in HR Analytics, data interpretation and reporting
- Strong ability to forecast
- Planning and organizing – Ability to plan and allocate resources, prioritize tasks
- Personal Effectiveness, build trust with stakeholders
- Understanding of Industry trends
