- Maintain troubleshooting guides, knowledge-base articles, and standard operating procedures.

2. Identity & Access Management

- Administer Okta or a similar identity platform, managing users, groups, application access, SSO, and MFA.
- Handle user provisioning and deprovisioning during employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
- Troubleshoot authentication issues and integrations involving SAML and OAuth.
- Ensure access permissions follow established security policies.

3. Endpoint & Device Management

- Maintain device inventories and employee assignment records.

4. IT Automation

- Automate routine IT tasks, particularly employee onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and device setup.
- Use scripting, APIs, and integration tools to simplify IT administration.
- Troubleshoot failed workflows and maintain documentation for automated processes.

5. Asset & Vendor Management

- Coordinate device procurement, deployment, tracking, recovery, and decommissioning.
- Work with vendors on device deliveries, repairs, replacements, and warranties.
- Ensure devices are securely wiped and prepared for reuse or disposal.
- Maintain accurate asset records and support IT projects as needed.

6. Security, Compliance & Improvement

- Support software updates, endpoint compliance, and access reviews.
- Maintain records required for IT audits and compliance checks.
- Follow established security procedures and assist with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 requirements, where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience managing macOS devices using Jamf Pro or another MDM solution.
- Practical experience administering Okta or a comparable enterprise identity and access management platform.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management, SSO, MFA, user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or corporate IT operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, hardware, applications, and network connectivity.
- Experience managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and IT assets.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, or similar business applications.
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems and incident management.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to manage technical issues independently.

Preferred Qualification

- Experience integrating identity platforms with endpoint management tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, APIs, and IT automation.
- Experience with Jira Service Management, Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, access reviews, and IT compliance.
