Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Senior Interior Design Consultant. The consultant will lead client consultations, understand requirements, and translate them into detailed design concepts and space plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing mood boards, layouts, and material selections; coordinating furniture, fixtures, and finishes; and managing project timelines and budgets.

The role involves regular site visits to oversee implementation, liaise with vendors and contractors, and ensure design quality and adherence to plans. The consultant will also support business growth by presenting proposals,



participating in sales discussions, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, presentations, and ongoing relationship-building.
- Candidates should possess advanced Interior Design and Furniture planning skills, including space planning, material selection, and design detailing.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to present design proposals, negotiate scopes, and support conversion of leads into projects.
- Candidates should have proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar), and a solid understanding of current interior design trends.
- Candidates should have experience overseeing on-site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and managing project timelines and budgets.
- 3–6 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors in the Bengaluru market is an advantage.
