We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Recruiter with strong experience in bulk and lateral hiring. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing capabilities, a strong understanding of recruitment channels, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring mandates across multiple departments.
- Understand hiring requirements, prepare sourcing strategies, and deliver within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, job portals, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on role requirements, communication skills, experience, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview schedules, offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
- Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing, screening, interview conversions, offers, joining ratios,



and time-to-hire.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely updates to the HRMS and internal trackers.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Work towards reducing hiring costs, improving source effectiveness, and minimizing early-stage attrition.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience handling both bulk and lateral hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment sources, sourcing techniques, and market mapping.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and deliver against hiring targets.
- Solid follow-up, organizational, and data management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking systems.
