We're hiring: Senior Frappe Developer @ BuildSuite

BuildSuite is an ????-?????? ???????????? ??? ????????? ?????????? ???????? built on Frappe/ERPNext. We're used by contractors across India, UAE, and Qatar — and now that we've gone open-source, we're doubling down on building a product (and a community) that genuinely moves the construction industry forward.

We're a startup. That means we don't need button-pushers — we need people who treat the product like it's their own, ship things that matter, and grow with us.

⚡ Immediate joiners strongly preferred. We’re moving fast and want someone who can hit the ground running — ideally within 15 days or less.

- Build and customize Frappe/ERPNext apps for both our core product and client implementations
- Write clean, maintainable Python on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend
- Own features end-to-end — from understanding the problem to shipping to production
- Contribute to our ????-?????? ???????? — PRs, issues, docs, community discussions
- Work on ??-??????? ???????? we're building into the product — agents, automation, smart workflows
- Work closely with product, implementation, and support teams to solve real customer problems
- Help shape engineering direction as we scale

- ?+ ????? of hands-on Frappe/ERPNext development and customization
- Strong ?????? skills — you're comfortable going deep into the framework
- Solid ???.?? experience and modern frontend tooling
- Proven track record on ???????-????? ??????????? or ???????, ?????-?????? ??? ??????????????? (manufacturing, payroll, HR, projects,



accounting, etc.)
- Self-starter who can own things without being micromanaged
- Genuine interest in open-source — contributing, collaborating, building in public

No degree required. We care about what you've built and how you think — not where you studied.

- ??????? ????????? ?? ??/???? — or genuine willingness and curiosity to learn and build with them. We're baking AI deep into BuildSuite, and we want people who want to be part of that.
- Experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG, or AI-driven automation
- Prior open-source contributions (Frappe ecosystem is a huge plus)
- Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or workforce domains
- Experience with Frappe v14/v15, custom apps, DocType customization
- REST APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations
- Comfort with Linux, Git, bench, deployments
