About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support lease accounting and finance operations for a global real estate portfolio. The role will be responsible for managing lease-related financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder management while ensuring compliance with financial controls and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lease Accounting & Financial Operations

- Manage lease-related financial transactions and accounting activities.
- Review and process rent payments, lease invoices, and operating expenses.
- Monitor lease obligations, security deposits, and financial commitments.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reporting.

Accounts Payable (AP)

- Process, validate, and reconcile landlord and vendor invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments in line with contractual obligations.
- Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain supporting documentation and compliance records.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Generate tenant billing and rental invoices.
- Track collections and manage outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve payment issues and disputes.
- Perform cash application and revenue reconciliations.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Lease Accounting, Property Accounting, or Real Estate Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
