Location: Vile Parle (West), Mumbai

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead accounts and financial management across our group businesses in Hospitality , Import-Export and Property. You will review and control all accounts, guide the accounts team, and support management with accurate reporting and sound financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and review accounts across all three business verticals.
- Guide, train and supervise the accounts team and ensure timely month-end closing.
- Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, P&L; statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, revenue and expenses for each business.
- Track profitability and cost structures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, bank and financial reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements, coordinating with auditors and consultants.
- Handle import-export accounting: foreign currency transactions, export/import documentation, and GST on exports.
- Handle property accounting: rental income, TDS on rent, and property-related expenses.




- Analyse data from Petpooja and WINHMS for accurate reporting of hospitality operations.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls across all units.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and internal departments.
- Visit our resorts periodically to review revenue records, expenses and controls.
- Present financial reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

- 5-6 years of experience in finance and accounts management, with strong hands-on Tally experience.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and P&L; analysis.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience leading or guiding an accounts team.
- Experience in hospitality, import-export or real estate is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Petpooja and WINHMS is preferred.
- Solid analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to resorts as required.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. CA Inter is an added advantage.
