About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and technically sharp Senior Flutter Architect & Lead Developer with 8 to 10 years of software engineering experience, specializing in cross-platform mobile architecture and high-performance application development.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between high-level system design and day-to-day code implementation. You will own the architectural foundation of our mobile applications, define scalable development patterns, write critical feature code, and guide mid-level engineers. If you have deep expertise in Flutter/Dart, modern state management, and a track record of scaling production-grade apps, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Development

- Architectural Blueprint: Design and maintain scalable, modular, and testable codebases using Clean Architecture and SOLID design principles.
- Core Feature Development: Lead by example by writing complex, high-performance features, custom widgets, and platform-specific native integrations.
- State Management & Data Flow: Implement robust state management solutions (e.g., BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod) and effective local persistence layers.

Performance & Quality Assurance

- Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize app rendering performance, fixing jank, reducing memory overhead, and optimizing network calls to ensure smooth 60/120 FPS frame rates.
- Code Reviews & Governance: Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish coding standards, and implement static analysis tools to maintain low technical debt.
- Testing Standards: Drive the implementation of comprehensive unit,



widget, and integration testing frameworks.

Collaboration & Mentorship

- Technical Guidance: Mentor and upskill junior to mid-level mobile developers through pair programming, architectural walk-throughs, and code labs.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams to scope out feature feasibility and translate product requirements into clean engineering milestones.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

- Experience: 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3–4+ years dedicated to Flutter and Dart in production environments.
- Framework Mastery: Deep understanding of the Flutter rendering pipeline, widget lifecycle, asynchronous programming, and platform channels (iOS/Android native integration).
- Architecture & Patterns: Proven experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, BLOC and scalable folder/module structuring.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with automated build and deployment pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise) for Google Play and Apple App Store distribution.
- Monitoring & Tooling: Experience integrating and debugging via crash reporting and performance monitoring tools (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry).

Preferred / Bonus Skills

- Experience with multi-platform targets (Flutter Web or Desktop, Android, iOS).
- Contributions to open-source Flutter packages or active involvement in the mobile developer community.
- Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Firebase, or GraphQL) to better collaborate with API developers.
