Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR Recruitment , operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR policy implementation, and compliance with organizational standards.

Executive HR will manage employee relations, support performance management processes, coordinate recruitment activities, and assist with onboarding and orientation programs.



The position involves maintaining HR records, preparing HR reports, coordinating training and development initiatives, and partnering with leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in strategic and operational HR activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Recruitment Operations and HR Policies, including implementation, compliance, and process improvement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and support engagement initiatives.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in IT or technology services organizations and familiarity with CMMI or ISO standards is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
